Our Template selection is growing frequently. At the time of writing this, there are 28 Templates including categories of Analysis, Creative, Productivity, Operations, Writing, Solutions, and Public Speaking. Contact us if you have additional needs beyond the existing options.

During research preview, Cloud Hero will remain free. We won't be able to sustain this forever, and when the time comes we will be aiming for an affordable price tag to keep the lights on. We will always remain true to the mission of making AI available to everyone. For businesses, pricing is negotiated based on the needs of the business and what services we are providing.
Cloud Hero is intended to appeal to a wide variety of skill levels. Our Templates are well suited for users who aren't comfortable with AI, taking the prompt design challenges out of it. For more advanced users, we have the Assistant mode, which provides a supercharged chat experience. Select from a variety of subject matter expert Assistant modes, and focus your research with an Assistant who understands the topic.
While we don't have an automated account deletion process, reach out via the contact form. Given appropriate identity verification, our team will delete your account and associated data. If you're just intending to pause your usage of the service, we won't bill you without prior notice and consent.
For individuals, we offer 24/7 support via our contact form. Our small, personal customer support team will quickly and helpfully answer any questions you may have. For businesses, we offer phone support. Details are dependent on the specific contract.
